Yes, I'm using the Euro R trans, all H and F FWD trans-axles will fit in a Prelude with no modification.

I have to touch on this. ALTHOUGH all FWD H and F series transmissions do share the same bolt pattern to the block, The trans mount holes are different...when putting an f23 manual trans into my h22 prelude, I had to drill and tap a hole in the transmission case. The accord uses a slightly different pattern ( 2 of 3 bolts/holes line up) The f23 trans has a spot where theres no hole, but it looks like there could be a hole, and that "should be a hole" spot matches the prelude trans mount.

SO.....they will bolt to the engine with no modification of hassle (aside from the Type-SH trans), but the trans mount/holes may need a lil love

^First I've ever heard of anyone having trouble like that, my transmission is from an Accord.

Don't know why you'd want a USDM Accord trans, makes the car unbelievably slow.
