Looking for help on what wire harness will be best

i have a 1990 civic ef 4dr with a b20 swap the previous owner cut and spliced and left it a mess, now im trying to correct there mess up and start from scratch

Get a harness that matches the car, then modify from there

Or buy a swap harness made for your car and engine set up

my first guess was to just convert everything to obd 1, then wire up the lights after the motor is fully running capable
