I am currently doing a 1996 Del Sol project, and have a few questions I've search all over H-T no luck.
what I am doing is I currently have an all 1/4 mile civic hatch with full-race twin scroll top mount manifold BW s300 turbo, and full-race dual back door 3" in/out intercooler, I had mad fitment issues but since it was a track car no problem I had to cut the whole radiator support and remove the hood latch to fit a regular honda radiator. Now I am transfering all this to a 1996 del sol for street driving and noticed the sol has even less space than the hatch. can someone post pics if they have had any success with this car, or solution I can use to get it all in there?

 

the delsol should have similar front end fitment to an EG civic, it is definitely cramped for space (but not nearly as bad as an EF). The top mount is really more of a track type manifold

if its a street car, i would strongly encourage our bottom mount twinscroll turbo manifold: http://www.full-race.com/store/turbo...-manifold.html - it is designed for exactly the setup youre wanting

 

This is my delsol but not with a full race manifold this is
Virtual works racing located in las vegas
Has a s372 with twin wastegate i has to trim
A little on the core support just the lip in the corner can barley tell

I dont have this car no more i sold it two weeks ago so i cant take more pics

But i still have my motor and turbo kit

 

thats some nice fitment right there, for sure I am gonna make it happen, I like full-race top mount setup and really wanna keep it in this car, do you have any pics of the wastegate and intercooler piping?

 

found a painful solution, it involves cutting off the passenger side end tank and rewelding a a regular end tank on there, paid too much money on this intercooler to do that, but I have a CX racing intercooler and 2 blank end tanks that fits it laying around.

 

This kit was built around my eg so everything fits in a delsol to no pics sorry

Who made the front end? Is it a modified eg 3pc front or what? Never seen one before.

 

I made the bumper its not a 3pc just the look its for sale i dont have the car no more

 

Damn, I was hoping to have another del sol to race against at ifo vegas in may.... What chassis did you move on to?
