da cluster? is CEL suppose to turn on at IGN II?

Question:
if key is on IGNITION II setting, shouldn't the CEL come on for a few sec then shut off ?

I'm trying to figure out if my CEL bulb is out or not.

I think it's normal kuz my old integra did it before I turned it on everytimr, my buddies integra does this too.

yes, the cluster lights should illuminate briefly when key is switched on. this is the cluster bulb self check. cel should remain lit for about 2 seconds while pump primes
