I'd get it for $750 and change the belt myself. Then I'd flip it. That's me though, I already have one of those cars. Looks like a good deal either way but you can't really say that it's a good deal for everyone. There could still be more issues that you can't see from just those pictures and your mechanical ability will play a factor here in the price (or lack of mechanical ability if that applies to you).

Also, there's no tech here.

It's a good car if you treat it well, had mine since 1999 and I still have no intention of letting it go.

You get over 35 mpg with yours? my roommate had a 90 civic hatch 4 speed manual and he gets about 30 mpg

Mine was originally a 4spd manual also, roughly 30-35mpg just depends on how I was driving and how much oil I was burning LOL. I eventually swapped to a DOHC ZC with DX tranny and was averaging 35-38 consistently. I currently have an SOHC setup with ZC gearing and Si final drive and I am getting as low as 30mpg when I'm consistently speeding and as good as 41mpg driving VERY conservatively.

i wouldnt buy it for that much. i bought mine for the same price and it was mint inside and out.

yeah some old man had it in his garage most of its life. the only problem with the car its automatic. i actually just came to wichita this past weekend. my bro is looking for a hatch like mine...
