h2b/h22 issue

anybody having same experience with me like when everytme change oil, the oil filter was empty?? is this normal or ??

help pls

when i fill up the engine oil, usually up to wher the oil level just above max on the dipstick

roughly less than 5 litres every oil change

The oil filter your using probably doesn't have an anti drain back valve to hold oil in the filter after the engine is shut off.

I've used wix filters from napa and they've always had oil in them.
