Default suggestions about my "plan"

well my 94 gsr with 123K on it is finally showing signs of wear.....worn piston rings and vlave guide seals (blowing oil after 6000rpm) and a worn out carrier bearing in the tranny....so, i'm taking out the drive train and doin the following:

Keeping the stock pistons and rods but gettin them stress crack tested
Micropolishing the stock crank
Replacing rings, main and rod bearings and wristpins
Leaving the block alone if everything is OK with it
For the top end, I'm goin to P&P the head
portflow valvetrain with skunk 2 stage 2 cams
cam gears (don't know what kind yet)
ported TB with skunk 2 IM
JDM 4-1 header
hi-flow cat
for fuel, i'll replace the rail, injectors, fuel pump and add a regulator
hondata s200
As for the tranny....
replace all syncros and carrrier bearing
possibly replace final drive

FOr anyone who has read all this, how much do you think i can put down to the wheels with this setup??
I estimate the cost of the parts to be around 3000....possibly a bit more depending on where I can get the parts for the best price....
any comments would be appreciated, thanks...

I think best case, you see well less than 200whp. While the motor is apart, I'd replace the pistons, rods, rings and decide if you want to go all motor or FI and select a piston to match. The stock fuel system and mgmt may be good enough to keep up with your mods, maybe all you need is a little extra fuel pressure.
