so i recently bought two h4 6000k xenon bulbs for replacement of my old ones since the passenger side one ran out, and it goes up again after u turn the lights off and on again, so i changed the bulbs but still the driver side one is brighter than the passenger side one, is it still the blub or sth else?

 

How old are the bulbs? Problems with HIDs can be numerous but usually the bulbs are last to go ... A ballast issue would be my first guess but I'd need more info. to help you out.

 

HID bulbs need time to settle in for their color. u changed both ?
