Wanted an ITR so bad.....

that I imported it From Canada. Just wanted to say what's up. Glad to be a member and an owner. I've lurking for a few months reading up and looking for an R. I found two near Montreal. The first deal fell through, but I grabbed the second one. It's an 01 CW w/ red seats that's pretty much stock. I'd post some pics, but there already been some recently.

I suggest getting a Flywheel and or Final Drive as your first mod

Nah, get some security mod and a beater. Whole state of NY has been experience theft as of late.

Get some security FAST ! There are a bunch of us in the NY/NJ/CONN/Pa area in a group called R-speed. Mostly ITR owners or former ITR owners. We are getting together soon for a meeting. Send me an email: cycldav@optonline.net

I can give you some security suggestions and put you on the r-speed list.

nah...the stillers ain't losers, just having some trouble. I already have a beater

Security will be my first mod. I have an alarm and some other stuff, but have some plans for the spring time...the car will be off the road for the winter in a few weeks. I worked too hard to import my Canuck R to have some scumbag boost it on me.

My advice to you, before you start taking into consideration everyones recommendations, is to start browsing through the site and reading as much as you possibly can. This site holds a wealth of information which, when used correctly, can prove to be very beneficial.

Start with the "search" function regarding any questions you might have regarding modifications. Chances are you will find many threads that will answer any question you may have.
