Default Clunking noise when shifting from park to reverse/vibration

Recently everytime I back out of my driveway, especially in the AM, when going from park to reverse, theres a loud clunk noise. In addition when stopped at a red light, the engine tends to shake more than what it used to..any ideas or thoughts what these two problems could be or if there related to each other as they both seemed to have started at the same time...

Sounds like a bad transmission mount. Or an engine mount.

If it were the mounts, should I replace all at the same time? Also, I've heard people say its always best to go with OEM mounts rather than those sold on ebay for example. Does this sound right?

For a stock application, oem are the best. As for replacing all of them, it all depends how much money you want to spend. They usually run from 25-40 for the cheapest to 160 ish for the most expensive mount. But chances are if one is bad the rest are not to far behind. Also you can probably get the mounts cheaper than what I said above. All depends what place you go to.
