holy crap i can't believe that they believed that look at top fuel and funny car drivers like john force and Shirley Muldowney. they have been inhaling fuel fumes and tire smoke "particles"for decades and aren't dead not to mention all of the crew that stand behind the cars. if noise pollution is the real issue why don't they say something about the giant circle track at the auto club facility? What happened to our civil liberties life, love, and the pursuit of happiness?

i watched the whole thing last night and there will always be haters and they are really hating. they bought homes in a industrial area with a big *** race track right next door i wonder why the getto *** house was only 40k lol. now they bitch and complain it suck now its up the the city and who has the most **** s***ING SKILLS. to bad sorry for you guys and us who race there from time to time.

 

That was excruciating to watch, and I could not finish it. I feel for you cali guys, idiocy is a hard thing to battle.
We had a similar thing happen at Bandimere a few years ago, with the city of Lakewood. It was dropped though because the strip resides in neighboring morrison, and the Lakewood council had no jurisdiction.

 

 

Wow! Did that Hispanic lady really say that she had a stroke and a seizure because of the race track and lost her job? She had compelling info that I never realized, like that because one of her children has downs syndrome he needs to breathe oxygen. I guess you learn some thing new every day

I feel for all of you who are losing your home track as we lost ours last year to some complaining neighbors as well... I wish I could say it won't be that bad but I would be lying it sux more than I can explain.
