^Doubt that 200whp is even possible with his exhaust set up, DC header=stock that looks prettier and 2.25" piping is too small.
Probably not much. Had a guy the other day with a built head, dc headers and aftermarket cams and msd ignition. Only made like 195 hp.
Put it on the dyno and find out. We arent mind readers and there is no specific number that the stock h22 puts out. There is a ~30whp window of error depending on what kind of dyno you get on, the conditions and correction factor.

If this helps...... abused h22a (roughly 130K + miles, GOOD portion of them being race miles), h23a1 transmission, ebay intake (2.75"), dirty K&N filter, ebay stainless header with dented lower pipe ( at the 2-1), chipped ECU with a tune for someone elses car, with stock exhaust (with no catalytic convertor), on a DynoJet made 151wtq/183whp.
Stock piping on a 4th gen Si is just about 1.75-2.0". Its not big at all....if i'm not mistaken, isn't the integra Type R OEM exhaust only 2.25"

OP, yours will be somewhere from 160whp-170whp if it's healthy. Here's someone I know's setup:
H22A Mods:
Skunk2 IM
Skunk2 70mm TB
DC Sport Header
Injen CAI
174whp/144wtq
Don't mind the 178whp/151wtq. Thats with the K2H IM + 410cc RDX Injectors:
