Default good body shops and tuning shop in Portland area

I need a good body shop to weld on a front core support and front passenger apron, along with paint my entire car. I'm looking for the best quality work for the price.

Also, I'm looking for a good tuning shop that does reliable engine swaps the RIGHT way. No skipping steps. Too many horror stories out there.

Local is preferred. Thanks!

I personally go to Track Forged in Troutdale for work done to my car that I don't do myself. Give them a call at 503-674-0293 and talk with them about what you want done.

I haven't had any body work done up there so I'm not able to recommend a body shop. I'm sure Forged gets feedback from customers about body shops so if you call them they should be able to point you in the right direction on that as well.

Everybody in the s2k community goes to Track Forged. I've only had them do a valve adjustment and baseline dyno run, but they were quick to get me in and were very knowledgeable. They're working on a J32 AP2 right now...if they can do that, then I'd assume most engine swaps would be easy.
