Check vacuum lines, check the screw on the throttle body, timing could be off. Is the throttle cable adjusted to where it holds the throttle open a little?

I have the same problem with my 91 dx hatch.. it has a fast idle while cold and warm. i have changed the AICV also with a used one and i'm still having a fast idle. I also changed out the coolant temperature sensor as well as checked for leaks. what am i looking for when i'm checking the throttle body screw? I have not modified anything major on the car so i'm not sure if the timing could of been moved, but if it's worth checking please let me know.

really high idle is usually caused by a vacuum leak
