Default TW: JDM B18C w/Transmission S80

I'm wondering what I can get my engine and transmission for. It will not come with anything else like shift linkage, mounts, intake mani, etc. Just strictly the engine and transmission. Mileage is unknown but the car was babied since it was swapped with this motor. Never beaten, no leaks, never raced. I was able to pass California BAR inspection with this. I'm not in a rush to sell but if an offer sounds good, then I just might. So who is looking for a reliable swap?

Failed to mention. This is a 1996 JDM GSR motor.

LOL. Make some REAL offers guys. This isn't some crap engine that you'd have to rebuild.

The car is on jackstands right now without an exhaust system. It's been sitting for a while now being that I have another car. I'm upgrading suspension components, interior, and electronics so she's been sitting for a while but started a few times out of the month. I got the motor from PasswordJDM a while back. They compression tested this engine which came out to around 210+ per cylinder. I'm sure it's the same now because I didn't beat on it at all nor drive it much after the swap. But I'll take some pics.

I'll post pics later with compression. I'm honestly in no rush to sell. I don't care if I don't sell it. I love this motor and it's never caused a headache for me. I'm just playing with the idea of a K series. You guys are more than welcomed to make an offer for the ENTIRE swap as well. This same motor/trans with an ECU retails for over $2,700 from Hmotorsonline not including tax or shipping. I'd say, a price break of $2-400 is a deal don't you guys think?

how did you pass BAR inspection with this? does that mean it has US emissions equipment installed? (sensors, etc) If so, that is a big selling point...

you are paying for peace of mind with those guys. Im sure if you could provide some sort of proof that your engine has under 50,000 miles or that if it breaks the first week that you will give the buyer a new motor then you can easily justify a price tag of $2300
