Default F20b build. any info would be most appreciated

copied from the all motor section but no help/info. thought i'd post it here.

i'm currently collecting parts to have a f20b engine built.
what are the pro's & conns of sticking to 85 x 88mm. persumably i'll be able to rev higher but i'll loose tq. but its in a sub 750kg car.
how does the f20b head flow compared to h22. i know they have 1mm smaller inlet valves but are the heads the same in port channel sizes?
how does the f20b compare to other 2.0 honda engines?

my parts list..
stock f20b crank,
eagle h beam rods with 3/8 arp's. 5.862" (longer than stock)
custom cp 12.5 cr 85mm pistons with .708" pins
kaizenspeed balance shaft delete kit
stock f20b head, (not sure how much to work the ports yet)
arp head studs
ferrea valve springs & retainers (should i get ferrea valve locks??)
ferrea roller rockers
crane vtec killer cams (.520 max lift, advertised dura 296*, @.050 272 dura.
crower adj cam gears
twm 52mm itb's
440cc injectors
high end tri-y header
emerald standalone ecu.

many thanks Adam,
