i have a problem with my 97 civic lx when the lights are off the blinkers are quick (no bulbs out ) when i turn the lights on the blink is slow (slower than normal) i have checked the alternator power at the battery when on 14.09v i have retigtened the 2 wires that go to the engine bay fuse box. i also get a random dim headlight (i will drive to the store it will be fine when i get ready to leave i turn on the lights and they will be dim rev it up and they will brighten up it only happens sometimes 50/50 chance of being bright or dim when i flick them on ... help would be appreciated or any tips
