None, if it's repaired properly. With a proper repair, nobody will be able to tell anything ever happened.

That's really mild damage as far as quarter panels go.

if the piant job done properly you will not getting rust on the body. Also watch out is it line up with the door and is it close properly. It might cause wind sound coming at the gap or water going into the car.

If it's repaired right, which will cost several grand, you shouldn't have any problems.

FYI: Save those pics for when you sell it to show it was a minor accident because any VIN search will now show an accident if you fix it through insurance.

Make sure the repair shop doesn't just clear blend on the sail panel, tell them to clear the WHOLE quarter including the sail panel. Eventually a clear blend will become noticeable and peel. I work at a Cadillac dealership and EVERY car we repair we clear the entire sail panel because we don't want things like this coming back. Other than that make sure the color match is good and make sure your door handle and other trim is removed and not just taped off. Every body/paint guy knows how to do the repairs right, it all depends on what they're paid for. Make sure the estimate has everything needed and done correctly.
