it'll help, but with any mod, they won't be as great if coupled with a manual tranny. If I had an auto 4-banger, I'd only focus on the suspension.

 

cai, headers, exhaust, pulleys, and fuel pressure regulator on an auto integra, do u think ill be able to hang or beat v6s?

 

you have more than one header? Gosh darn!

You'll be able to hang or beat a Mercury Villager V6.

 

which type of car for V6? and are you talking about manual v6 or auto v6? but most likely no! i myself have an auto teg, ran best 16.92 w/ aem(cai), msd, 2.5"cat-back, full interior

 

but if you want to keep that auto and be fast, only a couple ways to go. NA w/ cams and wutnot, FI, turbo or sc or N20.

you will probably be able to hang with it, not sure about beating it. 15.5 in 1/4mile. you probably need cams and tune it with a SAFC or somthing. and of course cam gears. you can always try it, cuz i don't think anyone here with an auto has aftermarket cams.
