Air Bag light is on. Need help!!

Air Bag light is on. Need help!!
When I bought my car, my air bag system was all messed. Therefore, the air bag (srs) light was on all the time. I took the cluster off to see if I could remove the light bulb, but it was blocked. How can I get this light tunned off?? Can you guys please help. Thanks
