The left side axle makes the clicking noise as thought its gone bad but i changed both the inner and outer cups but its still happening.
Anyone have any thoughts as to what it could be?

Axles are cheap, just replace it. Clicking is usually CVJ. Trying to rebuild it will cost more and make sure you get one with a warranty also

 

where's a good place to check (online) i'm not from the US and locally honda parts are really hard to find, even used..
