B18C1 OBD1 ECU P72 issue
I need help identifying this issue...
I made this test at 2000rpm but it happens no matter what RPM is at when I accelerate.

As you can see the needle is not steady except when the engine idles...
full tune up has been done ( injectors, fuel filter, spark plugs etc )
it doesnt have the OEM dizzy, could this be the issue??????? its brand new from EBAY...
Thanks guys for all your help

I had to change the dizzy, ECU and wiring harness for another issue even worst where the igniter of the original kept failing...
Basically to give you some background I was using a P72 ECU obd2 on my OBD1 engine so the recommendation was to move everything to obd1.
On that process I decided to buy a new dizzy, o2 sensor, filters, etc.
I friend of mine advised that it could be an air leak on one of the admission hoses.
I checked them all and replace one that was actually bad but the issue keeps going on...
Any thoughts?

could be a vacuum leak like you said... my car used to do that right after I put in a skunk2 IM. Once I located the vacuum leak, that problem went away. I ran a ebay dizzy on my car with no issues...
