1991 Hatchback wire
Hey guys i need help on this one. I have a LS in my hatchback and basicly the wire harness is all F'd up, the owner before me had it set up to obd0 to obd 2 and spliced it terribly... now because I have the LS already in it, would it be good to take out the obd0 & 2 and put in obd1? Like I said I really need help on this. I'm not sure what to do. Thanks
you could go buy a stock harness to replace it, ive heard obd1 has better tune options, but if you change that remember you gota do the dizzy and the ecu, i would get a new harness from the wrecking yard and buy jumper harness's or if you have a reputable tune shop there you could have one made, here you can have one made for round 250
okay so a stock harness to match the engine right or the shell? also my conversion ecu harness has been all mangled up... im just thinking of replacing that first just to see if it will start running again. i know that my conversion is a obd0 to obd2 but idk if its a obd2a or obd2b... i got a 94 ls in the car and im still trying to look to see what would it be... any guesses anyone?
okay thanks now one other question now... will the obd1 wire be good to connect thru everything into the car or im i gonna have to do some splicing with the original wire harness for it?
