!!!Fast XFI ecu on a Honda !!!!!!
I was gonna say I saw Ricky Everly post up before about running FAST.
I can't see why it wouldn't work great on a Honda, only time we have ever had a issue with FAST was on a 10.5 Outlaw car that ran methanol and had 24 1680cc low Z injectors. We sent the box back to FAST after they gave us the run around for 2 months and the beefed the drivers up. Problem solved.

Compared to a AEM EMS, the FAST will seem limited. Off the top of my head:
1 ignition output so no indv. coils
No VTC control
No 2-step or anti-lag
And IIRC, it uses a fixed trigger pattern so you'd have to use an external crank trigger.

i'm sure Jason and Jeff will chime in at some point.

actually you can use a oem honda distributor, you can also use indivual coils... you have to use the xim ignition module... it does have 2 step and anti lag.... no vtc though....
I realize I'm not the brightest star in the sky, but when comparing bang for buck, is it just me or does the Motec M4 outperform the XFI in comparison to what you can find an M4 for. I was just on Speedpro's website and for a very mild unit it cost lik 2k almost and it still doesnt do half of what an M4 does.

Fast seems to have a lot of time based features and driver lights, etc...could be very helpful when trying to be a consistent driver, which a lot of people forget to do.
Its not sequential, its random cut. Listen to my car, and listen to cars running AEM, Hondata, etc on the rev limiter or launch limiter. You can hear the difference, and there is a big difference on engine longevity in comparison.

I ran FAST for years with a distributor and then later ran it on my K series with individual coils and a DIS4 and it was very easy to use. I think it is a good ECU for guys that are just getting into EFI, and you can do a lot with it. Didn't the GM cars run all their low 7s on this?
I switched to AEM and don't plan on switching back.
