nice ... what size bike was it? You can tell the rider doesn't race much from his awful launch.

 

I'm not sure but to be honest I think he freaked out from the fire shooting out the exhaust and the sound. LOL He had ran low 10's previously.

 

I didn't have a tripod is why all the shaking btw. LOL

I wonder what the s2k is running for a rear end. I always hear about how fragile they are.

 

Very true they are... he knew before the install they are weak so he is running a Ford 8.8 rear and a G Force tranny.

 

It still doesn't beat the video of that s2k that stood up like eight times at Tex2k12 haha.
But that is a really nice and really fast s2k

 

Thanks Tyler and yeah that bad boy from Tex2K12 is running a 2jz inline 6 from a Supra with that massive turbo putting down 1175whp last I checked. It better pop some wheelies. LOL Will's front tires came off the ground a couple times even with his setup. If you look at the shakedown run videos the tracks photographer is there trying to capture the tires coming off the ground. The next tune he plans to turn up the boost so he should be in the 9's soon. The next goal is mid to low 9's

Thanks Slopoke...thanks for all the positive feedback guys...the next runs should be quicker and the next videos should be a lot better...we are working on some new graphics, rigs, shooting and editing techniques.

nice, that rear tire is huge. looks like it rubs the side and back bumper.

 

Yeah that rear tire of course is a drag slick. He should have tuned on a street tire but he tuned on that larger diameter tire to change the gear ratio. There was no rub on the bumper but there was a slight rub on the body but they made some "adjustments" and he was good to go.
