Default difference between si and dx crank pullies?

i used a dx crank pully on my si motor, and now the car wont start. there is spark and fuel. i'm pretty sure the timing is off, so i'm thinking that there might be a difference in the way the timing marks are set up?? because i have everything lined perfectly but its not starting.

Other than the marks on the crankpulley, installing a different one will not change the timing. If you set the distributor in the middle of the range and it will not start then I would look elsewhere for your problem.
