everyone wants to know badge #'s to their cars and theft sucks *** with that, along with part outs org badges being put away.
Doespike has been a huge help as well as Tryant007. I try and do my part but keeping up with the 01's only. Mainly because I have a theft recovery myself. It's hard to explain how vins to badge #s work but cars are still made is a somewhat order.
Everytime I try and get someone to help to the cause they think someone is out to get their ITR.
The only info people such as myself is from getting vins to known badge #'s (IF EVEN LISTED) on such sites as autotrader.
I am a Acura employee, I see VINS, customers personal info, everything. I know how important this info is.
I do the best I can and I can only offer what little I can to help. So if you want to help to the cause the only info I need is last 4 of VIN, 100% SURE KNOWN badge #, and color would help.
I don't need to know your name or location and none of your info will ever be given out.
Just throwing this out there to see. Shoot it down if you want or actually help

I have somewhat of an archive over the years but to be honest not much that can really help.
I talk to Joe from time to time but nothing as far as exchanging info like that. We have worked together in the past but he's not on here much anymore

Even if people don't want to share their VIN info with you, you still have a nice list of usernames vs. badge # to do sort of a reverse lookup which enables you to contact a previous owner. Most helpful when people come up with random badges that need a home.
Someone on the assembly line did this for us. All 97's and most 98's are on a list. It's quite the artifact. Here's an old thread regarding that: https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-integra-type-r-8/1997-1998-badge-numbers-2699535/.
Joe is anyone's best bet for all 00's and 01's when looked up by VIN.

Oh yea I remember that thread. Used it to find the birthdate of my R. Was in May of 96 or something like that.
Gotta get a copy of that manifest.

Let me know what info you need from me man i would really appreciated any help.
I have a ton of info on my car and all vins are intact. Got to the og owner and she didnt remember for ****(and it took 4 months for that let down to occur). But i know what range im in (950 - 980ish?)from doespike helping me out kinda awhile back. The digits under the B18C5 on my motor end with 905.. if thats any correlation. Thanks again
p.s. ill be active on this thread as much as possible.
