So the past couple weeks my cars been having the famous hesitation problem and I finally figured out that I had a loose connection to the main relay. Right after I fixed the problem I started it up cold and heard a slight knock at about 2k rpms. Once the car warmed up it went away an since then i can only hear the noise every couple cold starts but it's not everytime. I changed the oil and found a few metal shavings but not a whole bunch. The car runs fine the compressions good and it doesn't feel like it's loosing any power. Does anyone know what this knocking noise may be? It doesn't seem like. Spun bearing but it still could be. Maybe even a wrist pin knock?

 

Oh and one more thing It Happened about a week ago and I've been running the car just as hard as I always do and it hasn't changed anything or gotten worse
