Clutch Chatter
Just wanted to make sure what I am experiencing and the steps I need to take.
So my clutch when engaging to first gear from a stop takes longer than usual and also sometimes violently shakes the whole car when engaging (especially a cold start). After this ordeal its perfectly fine.
Should i buy just a replacement OEM exedy clutch, and as for the flywheel can just use some sandpaper on it, or should a shop do it.
Just want to double check with H-T before I do something wrong.

Thanks in advance everyone

the hell
sounds more like you popped a spring if you have an organic clutch
if you have a ceramic clutch they do chatter
engine mounts also contribute to the shaking
your post needs more substance for us to really chat with you about it

Engine mounts look good. Someone said I could have hot spots in my clutch, and that a new clutch is up for due.
Since I'll have it cracked open, I was thinking about getting a 7lbs fidanza flywheel. Motor is stock, for now, so it'll be a nice upgrade.
when i installed the b16b in my DA i got the same chatter after a month when i bought an oem exedy clutch kit and dropped the tranny a piece of metal fell out, the outside retaining wall of the clutch disk had broke that held the spring in, and the metal sliver rode between the pressure plate and clutch disc and messed it all up, as far as the sandpaper thing goes it will void the exedy warranty. if i'm not mistaken they recommend having it turned no more than .003. My buddy however did sand his once upon a time and his was fine. but if you got the extra cash its your buck.
