i have a d16y8 bought the car with the check engine on. the previous owner told me that it is de vtec solenoid. is it the failure of the solenoid that the car cant rev past 5000rpm? and how can i solve this problem?

oke. i have also replace 2 lower balljoints sunday and today i check it on a lift and saw that the lower balljoint have spaces. how come??? is t that the car is two low
