Default Freeman 98 Dc4 cheap as dirt

Here i guess is my "project" that will fund my other project (all motor showboater) coming real soon

back story:

Got a call from my friend who sells many many cars saying he needs to get rid of a car he just picked up bc there isnt any room on the lot. We go back and forth about the car me not wanting it him wanting me to buy or sell it for him. Long story short i pick it up for 1500 bucks what he bought it for.

i buy the car being told this its a 98 with a B20 swap in it. I assume LS trans shity e-bay coil overs the usual for my area.

I pick the teg up blind (never actully drove it LOL just looked at it) Well i discover that the trans is a B16 trans 2 mins into driving it home. I get home pop the hood has skunk2 intake mani and a blox 72mm TB as well. I jack the car up pull the wheels off the back. Omni Power coil overs all around and in the front omni power upper control arms bloxs LCAs 24mm rear sway bars. then i look at this exhaust its a older greddy exhaust.

So after all i would say its a steal at 1500....i pulled the B20 sold it for 500 and the Blox TB 100 bucks so im out 900 bucks so im pleased.

does need some body work but i went to school for it so thats not hard at all from here

here are some pics from when i picked it up and washed her up a lil bit

some of the pictures are small only have my cell phone ATM. but this is how i got it.

what i replaced when i got it more black interior pieces and put a new driver side tail in it and buffed the headlights.

So i drove it for a little bit had my built motor laying around so i pulled the B20 and put in the LSV

after a little fun time fighting with my dash i got it out and tucked the driver side and pass. side....BTW abs sucks so much

started to shave away i forgot to take pics of the welds on the pass side but i will on driver

I pulled out the Brake booster and the clutch master cylinder are all out getting re-worked sanded cleaned and re-painted silver color.

Been sanding away till my finger got to raw to continue going but i got the firewall i would say about 80% done just little bits left to do. I put down a coat of primer on it to find bad areas looks good already tho :TU:
