Hey guys. This is my 89 civic sedan. Nothing really done to it right now, but i have plans for it soon.

When i first got it:


Then put ebay sleeves/springs on, minus the sleeves:

Then, i got rear ended. Not bad, but ruined my trunk:

These will be on this week. Getting 165/45/15 tires. 15x9, 0 offset all the way around. And also getting raceland coils:

So, i ended up playing around with my coilovers a bit more today, and came up with this result:







And im gonna tell you how i did it. First off, the raceland springs are entirely too tall. So i took my ebay coilover sleeve springs, and put them on the raceland struts.

It rides like poop, but im honestly just going for looks here.

Im getting my 9"s mounted right now. Bought 195/50/15 tires. I wanted 195/45/15, but everywhere is out about a week. So i got them. Itll be nice to have spare tires anyways.

Agreed!! Mine was a POS though. I bought it for 450 a year ago. It was rusted to f@WK!! But then I sold it for 650

 

I got my car fir $700 and have put about double that into it. Haha.

Do you have any other plans for it? Paint...engine? Or are you just a wheel *****? lol...
I didn't realy care for the stance w/ the other wheels on either, but, gotta say looked much better than with those slips on. Anything over 15's on ef doesn't look right, plus they are slipstreams....

yes i do have other plans.

im planning on sanding it and getting all the paint work done to it in the next month.

motor swap eventually. ive had my eye on a B16 for a while now.

as for me being a wheel *****, yes, yes i am. and i love it. im not really interested in a fast car.

 

If your not interested in a fast car, but are into looks, take those hideous wheels off asap...j/k....but no really haha. I always wanted a nice mean looking ed sedan. Doesnt take much to make em look nice.

 

considering what i have in the past, my car has been through alot.

hideous wheels? they are temp wheels until i get the ones that i actually want.... but they look fine.

 

for a Utah honda. im down in American Fork. Also want to get paint and bodywork done but but i need a second beater

 

why wouldn't you just buy the ones you want?
