Y8 swap in eg starting problem

Y8 swap in eg starting problem
CAR WILL NOT START 
and need mad help Stock motor went out in my 94 eg hatch. (d15 non v) swapped in a (d16y8 V-tec).
Compression is 190 across
timing is perfect
new spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor. thought it was a distributor issue but has spark, has fuel (and good fuel, drained tannk and lines and put new fuel in)
has everything, but ecu is a p28 chipped to y8, but i have a stock p05?? idk what to run, idk what to check!?
It starts up sometimes idles super low for few seconds then dies then wont start up again just turns over... someone help me!!!
