Default Rubbing noise at low rpm in first gear.

At low rpm I have a slight rubbing noise when I let out of the clutch and get going. It is only for a little bit and not happening in any other gear. It almost sounds like flywheel chatter but I don't think it would be that because the noise just started tonight. It's not loud but noticeable. The car is a 2006 Civic SI with 52k miles on it. Original clutch too. It's not having grab issues so I doubt the clutch is going out. Clutch fluid is not low either. Haven't checked the trans fluid yet but if it was fluid level, I would expect the noise to be constant. Any input?
