concerto rear discs swap

hello i have a set of concerto rear discs and want to put them on my EG hatch. will they fit?

has anyone done this already??

it was on the same platform as the rover 200 and rover 400 in japan.

Yeahhhhh... better off asking this in a UK forum. Most folks here have ever heard of or seen a Concerto before.

hey i striped, cleaned and sprayed them and it's a perfect fit
