i have a 89 civic si with a obdo b16a it randomly decided not to start awhile ago then recently started no issue but now seems like its starting to act up and i cant figure out the problem ive checked for cel count but doesnt come on looking for some help to narrow the issue down thanks

i thought it might have been the main relay also but the car does start just runs really rich when it does turn on and idles like crap also when its running and i turn on my lights everything dims out.odd thing is though seems like the motor is on limp mode because redlines at 7k and vtec does not kick
