Year, sub-model? Any modifications? How do you know it's running rich?

Start with the basics, check for strong spark, correct timing, leaking gaskets, etc etc.

1) decrease values in fuel map
2) decrease fuel pressure
3) install smaller injectors
4) introduce vacuum leak (must have open loop fueling)

As far as I know there really isn't any way to remap a stock Accord ECU. However, you can reset it by pulling the backup fuse or disconnecting the (-) battery terminal for 30-60 seconds. This will set the ECUs short & long term fuel trims back to base/0.

roflwaffles anyone?

Installing a CAI will not cause your car to run rich.

Completely screwing up the install, which would be a feat, might cause the car to run a little off and smell slightly better than your butt after a night out drinking Guinness and eating Wienerschnitzel.
