Strange high pitch whining sound from 95 b18c

For the past several months there has been a high pitched whining sound from my car that usually makes an appearance if the car has been driven a bit more aggressively (i.e shifting at 3500 rpm between 10-20 mins. Its super annoying and really hard to exactly pinpoint! If any one can give me a hand diagnosing this it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

check all your vacume hoses around your intake manifold.... take them off clean or replace them....

Sounds like it could be metal on metal contact making that sound, almost like a bearing. Do you have enough oil and how the oil pressure.

A vacuum hose wouldn't sound like that. IMO
