Default 83civic k24 swap

I have a 83 civic that I'm swaping a k24 in. I'm puting the dash out of the rsx in it. The car will be wired with the hole rsx harness. I've had the engine in the car I had to notch the frame rail on driver side and now the engine fits good just gata make mounts and axils now and wire it shood be a fun toy win its done

I just got some eBay coil overs for a accord under it. they don't really make any aftermarket stuff for this car as I no of. I'd like to find a disk brake conversion for the rear if any body nose what parts to use

Cool project! That will be a very fun toy. Any plans for the shifter cables? Are you getting custom axles made? Is the rsx dash going to follow the straight body interior of your Civic? My input would be to forget the Rsx dash, maybe just use the instrument cluster and keep the factory Civic dash.

I'm pretty darn sure GAB and Tein atually made coilover for this civic back in the 80s, and I saw them selling on JP Yahoo Auction.

^ I agree with his advice. I think it would take away from the "classic" aspect of you build. Either way this thing would be scary fast... resto-mods ftw.
