AUTO/MANUAL IACV hoses which one goes where?? PIC REQUEST

Default AUTO/MANUAL IACV hoses which one goes where?? PIC REQUEST

Hi i did my auto/manual a while back finally got my ecu in.. now i need to know where the IACV hoses from the auto IACV(TB) to the one on the IM(manual one)

heres a diagram but its a PITA



pics request of an actual motor PLZ

so blue has coolant and red has air from TB correct?

which obd? obd 1 with the fitv or obd2 with none? both red and blue are coolant passage. no air at all

Both blue and red pass coolant through them. Red gets coolant from that top hose that is pictured near the oil cap.


I would just not connect the hoses and loop it. I never had coolant going through my TB or IACV.

u dont need it to run to the t/b at all thats for extreme cold conditions to help warm up the air this will not keep your intake manifold temperatures cool. there is small nipple that comes from the side of the big nipple on the intake manifold that will go to the iacv. where the big "bypass" hose on ur diagram goes from the thermo housing to the intake manifold into the head. the other as your diagram shows goes to the nipple on the backside of the water pump to thermostat tube on the back of the block.

You can do that. Make sure you put a clamp on it.
