Mystery Hose
So... Following advise here I was able to disassemble my intake manifold to clean out my EGR port and what not. Thank you community!
Then I put everything (well... as you will see 99.9%) back together. Except what I have dubbed the "Mystery Hose." Forgive me but I am NOT a mechanic. I can fix things if I see it or if I have a step by step guide. Nor do I always know the proper names of things. I have asked many "idiots" and parts stores if they know and got a "I dunno" response every time. So, see the pic below. It's a 3 in hose that shoots straight up out of the block next to the fuel rail. There are no clamp marks and no where within 3 inches where it can go that I can see. It pulls in a vacuum when the engine is running. Please help!

I dont have a definitive answer, I tried looking at bernardiparts.com with your model info but i cant be sure what it is. check their parts section out the diagrams are pretty good. I found the engine/install pipe - tubing section.

It comes straight out of the block er the main part of the engine (don't know what else to call it). I have it sitting completely vertical so you can tell where it goes in. About three inches straight down it enters right above where the fuel injectors go in.
If it has vacuum and coming straight out of the block I'd say it's supposed to connect to something. Does your car have the vacuum asssist rear motor mount? That would probably the nearest thing other than the intake itself that I can think of.

I may have found a picture of it... But now I'm concerned because I think I remember it but have no idea where it is...
I think the "Mystery Hose" is #13. (thanks cpl rampage for referencing the site I found this pic.)

I think I remember removing the bracket but I have no idea what happened to the rest of it. Looks like it ultimately goes to the "RACV". Please tell me what the "RACV" is and where it is. lol

Mystery SOLVED AND FIXED!!
Props to cpl rampage for leading me to a diagram. The other end of the hose was laying down in the engine compartment in that one little spot where you can only see it at just the right angle.
The "Mystery Hose" is indeed #13 in the graph above.
