i replaced both rotors and pads.. i assembled. now my question is.. when i spin the rotor it sounds like pads are making contact. it make a scraping sound. i was expecting it not to sund at all just spin freeley.. is that normal???

 

Yes the pads should be touching the rotors

 

it will always make some contact, as long is there is no significant resistance, you're good.
