obd2a to obd1 jumper harness
OK, SO.......
The car is a 96 civic EX MT, The current set up is-- obd2a to obd1 jumper harness, P06 chipped and converted to vtec, New 660cc High impedance injectors.
I have 2 different maps made by 2 different people (known good sources) that are set up for the 660's, and the car will not run (runs for 5-10 seconds, then dies). I am trying to pin point the problem.
All the chip and vtec conversion parts look ok, and board soldering all looks ok.
I have gone through the jumper harness with pinouts of both sides (obd1 & obd2a) and everything is where it's supposed to be. I have found 3 POTENTIAL problems that I'm not sure about. If anyone could chime in and tell me if these are problems or not, that would be very much appreciated!
1.) IACV ( idle air control valve) wiring----- obd1 side A9------- obd2a side A12, A13, A14
My harness has A9 (obd1) connected to BOTH A12 & A14 (obd2a) (with A13 empty)
Should this just be A9 (obd1) to A12 (obd2a) With both A13 & A14 empty???
2.) ICM (ignition control modual) wiring ------- obd1 side A21, A22------- obd2a side A20
My harness has A21 (obd1) connected to A20 (obd2a) ( with A22 (obd1) empty)
Should the empty A22 be connected together with the A21 and A20 ICM wires???
3.) IGP1 & IGP2 wiring-------- obd1 side A25 (IGP2) & B1 (IGP1)------- obd2a side A24 (IGP2) & A11 (IGP1)
My harness has A25 (IGP2, obd1 side) connected to A11 (IGP1, obd2a side) and B1 (IGP1, obd1 side) connected to A24 (IGP2, obd2a side)
Basically the IGP1 and IGP2 are criss crossed from one side of the harness to the other, IGP1 to IGP2, and IGP2 to IGP1.
Should these be the other way so they are 1 to 1 and 2 to 2 ???
Thanks for any input!

IACV = OBD1 A9 to OBD2 A12, I would convert from a 3 wire to a 2 wire IACV and drop A13 & 14 completely.
ICM = OBD1 A21 to OBD2 A20
OBD1 A22 is empty
LG2 = OBD1 B02 to OBD2 A22, it is the logic ground
PCS = OBD1 A20 to OBD2 A15, it is the EVAP Purge Control Solenoid, Ditch it if your not using it!
IGP1 = OBD1 A25 to OBD2 A11
IGP2 = OBD1 B01 to OBD2 A24
Wouldn't hurt to match them to the proper grounds.
