OBD1 F/H series TB's won't have a place for the MAP sensor on top. OBD2 have the MAP sensor on top. The size of the throttle plate can help differentiate between some as well. F22A & B TB are 54mm at the plate, while H22/H23 are 58mm at the plate. There could be other slight differences as well.
