i just recently had tune-up.ok car is actin up like when im cruisein coming to a stop idle stay high like at 1700rpm?it throw a cel light.im tryin to figure out wats wrong?any ideas?before it throw a cel,car boggs sometime like at 4krpm and then drops down to zero rpm like it want to die off.

 

check iacv . also make sure no vaccum leaks
