How do I replace the two front control arms in a '93 Honda Accord?
I can tell already that I'm going to have to use a jack to get the tires off, and as far as I can see its basically just a few bolts that need to be taken off? Does anyone know anything else about this so I don't screw anything up? Thank you
Separate the ball joint from the steering arm, then unbolt the control arm from the inner fender.
Reverse the procedure to reinstall, however be sure to "load" the suspension with the cars weight before you tighten the bolts that go thru the rubber bushings.
Good Luck
Phil

Thanks.
I am referring to the bolts that actually secure the rubber bushings. If the bolts are tightened when the suspension is hanging, rubber bushings will be twisted when the car is lowered resulting in a squeaking suspension and unnecessary wear to the bushings.
