8th gen sedan ? about refelectors on back of trunk

I wanted to know if it is a trim level distinction or a model year distinction or even both? I am referring to the red bar reflectors that are on some 8th gen Accords on the rear facing portion of the trunk. Thanks for the help.

No, they are standard on all 11+ models.

standard on the sedan model from 08 on... if you lived outside of the USDM market.
