Default Hub bore on 14" Enkei RP-F1

Does the 14x7 RP-F1s come in hub bores other than 54.1mm?
Thinking about getting a set for my Del Sol, but it has a 56 bore, and I can't seem to find info anywhere about 14" RP-F1s in a 56. Phooey.

I only know of the 54mm bores, due to the hub size of Miata's (which is what they originally made those wheels to fit).

Don't be discouraged when you can't find a hub-centric wheel!

Use a hub ring to adapt the wheel properly

*edit
I just read through it again ... I guess you can't use rings when trying to adapt to a bigger hub. My mistake!

Just get them machined out to be hubcentric to your car. That is what a friend of mine was forced to do after he bought a set while being completely unaware they were made to be hubcentric on an MX5.

Thanks for the info!

Was the cost to machine out the bore reasonable? This might make the whole thing not worth it =/

+1

That's the only bore that we have ever been able to get.

I really don't understand why Enkei would produce these wheels for such a limited market. A huge Miata scene sure, but if they had made it in 56 at the minimum, it would've opened up the Honda market (amongs others with a 56 bore) and Miata guys would just need a 2mm hubcentric ring that costs nothing.

Then again I'm just mad that I can't bolt this on easily. HMPH.

Well, his location is Australia ... And yours appears to be Mars ... So I'm not sure if my pricing is relevant!
Machine shops will charge approximately $20 per wheel here in Canada. I would imagine most places around Earth are around the same price range. Plenty of places have a $100 minimum charge, but I'd be surprised if you were charged over $100.

Shipping from Mars to Earth might kill the deal though
