Default Sturt fork grinding on axle.

so i picked up this 90 integra ls.
when i was changing the axles the noticed it was rubbing on the strut fork.
i started thinking that maybe they put the wrong sturts/forks on there.
the fork says VL and VR
if they are the correct forks, what else would case this?

My driverside axle rubs on the fork every so often. Not a big deal. It will just grind the spot on the fork out a little and eventually wont rub. Mine has been doing it for awhile and I haven't had issues so don't worry about it.

bro. i looked at it today. and it seem like it has rubbed it down alot.
il post pics after i go to the junkyard in the morning. does yours make alot of noise while driving? mine almost sounds like a bad wheel bearing,...are it might just be the wheel bearing. thats my next guess atleast.

Mine doesn't rub all the time like you're saying yours does. Mine just does it when i hit a bump and the tire and axle are in the "perfect" spot for it to rub. Mine is rubbing right behind the #17 on the inside of the fork. If yours is rubbing there all the time then yea that's probably not good. You can tell i the fork is on backwards by looking at the bolt that holds it to the bottom of the shock. That bolt should be on the backside of the shock not out on the front
