My Air conditioning isnt really working, I can barely feel the cold air coming out. Can someone help me out thanks!

 

Assuming your condenser pump is still working, when was the last time it was recharged? Considering the car is anywhere from 25 to 28 years old, it probably needs it.

Take it to a professional. Don't get the DIY kit. There is no way to prevent contaminants that'll fry your system.

 

Yeah it's a 92, this might be a dumb question but How much does it normally go for?

 

As with most work, it all depends on where you're located.

 

Beyond needing a recharge, have you checked to make sure your intake vent is not blocked with crud? IE does the heat blow with the same force as the cold?

 

A more clear description of the problem is needed.

Is this a vent air flow problem or an A/C problem?

Does the A/C work at all?

Is the heater possibly stuck on?

A stock 92 Civic uses old R12 rather than the more modern R134a refrigerant. Some shops can recharge R12 systems, though it's more expensive.
